研究兴趣
    围绕“人的能力结构及度量”这一心理学核心科学问题，长期致力于研究工程心理学领域中关键问题——高负荷工作岗位上人的信息加工能力，在相容性、脑力负荷、情境意识、能力维度等几个方面获得了新的结果，并在飞行员、航天员、空中交通管制员、潜艇乘员、驾驶员的作业能力选拔系统研制和实际应用中验证了这些重要发现。此外将能力结构与度量的研究推广到国民重要心理特征数据库的建设，推动了能力研究在全国的发展；将能力研究拓展到极端应激条件，服务于灾后心理援助和中国灾害心理学研究。
